About Suzy
Suzy Oge is the Founder and Director of The Women’s Business Initiative International in The Hague. The WBII is an incubator and business center for entrepreneurial women. Suzy has extensive business operations experience in the U.S. and Europe and initially came to Europe in 1998 for the start up of Ben Nederland B.V. (now T-Mobile) and then became Director of European Operations for SBC Communications (now AT&T) based in Brussels.

Through Etcetera Consulting, Suzy specializes in accelerating the success of entrepreneurs. She also works with corporate teams and individuals to infuse the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation into their work. She is adjunct professor at Webster University in Leiden and mentors student run start-ups at New Business School Amsterdam. Suzy is a frequent speaker at universities, organizations and corporations on the topics of entrepreneurship, success, women in business, intercultural management, communication, and social media.
