Terms and Conditions of Membership

Please read the following terms of use carefully before signing the contract of membership.

Membership of the Women’s Business Initiative International (WBII) is conditional upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the website and facilities constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

We are a non-profit making organisation established as a Stichting under Dutch law and registered with the Kamer van Koophandel. This document includes the terms of use and the pricing policy of the Initiative. You can obtain copies of these from our office.

The annual membership fee will be set by the Executive Board of the WBII.

On receipt of your application for membership, there is a 7 day cooling-off period in which your commitment to membership can be cancelled without incurring any charges.

The annual fee is otherwise non-refundable and no reductions will be made in the event of early termination. Termination of the contract by either party should be in writing with a notification period of six (6) weeks. Termination without notice will incur an administrative fee.

The annual fee will be deducted by standing order from your bank account yearly. Prices are subject to change and will be posted on the website.

Membership of the Initiative does not convey the right to represent the stichting in any way.

Use of the facilities and services (including the website) is as per the guidelines set out below under Use of the Services. Misuse or abuse of the facilities/premises may result in immediate termination of membership.

Use of the facilities does not include registration of a business at the premises of the stitching without the express permission of the Executive Board of the WBII.
