WBII Networking Event May: Collaborating to inspire & mentor with Natalie Drake

  • 23 May 2019
    18:00 - 21:00

NOTE: Instead of our usual networking at the Carlton Ambassador hotel, this month we are collaborating with W.I.L. and the event will be held at their location!

Collaborating to inspire & mentor with Natalie Drake

In collaboration with Women in Innovation and Leadership – a Hague based, female student association of University College Leiden – we are happy to announce the 2nd of 2 events planned for 2019. After a successful joint event  in 2018, where Petra Fisher shared her tips about using LinkedIn, we have reached out to other renowned speakers to provide a presentation to a gathering of W.I.L. and WBII members. We cannot emphasise enough how inspiring it was to be able to share with these young, future leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals our own experiences and advice, so, we encourage our members to take part in these two events.

Natali Drake will be discussing the importance of ‘Storytelling in Business’ – from its roots as the very first form of communication, to how it can benefit your organisation and your personal brand.

Natalie Drake’s book: The Path Keeper
What if our lives were mapped out before birth? Does anyone have the power to change their destiny?

Ella hates London. She misses her old life in Spain and is struggling to get over her past—until she meets Zac. He’s always loved her but isn’t meant to be part of her story. Not this time. Not ever. Little does she know that his secret is the one thing that will tear them apart and force her to live in a world that no longer makes sense. A world full of danger, lies and magic. The Path Keeper is a passionate tale of first loves, second chances and the invisible threads that bind us. Can love ever be stronger than fate?
