It’s not enough to just be comfortable with sales, that’s fine for a pair of slippers! What you really need to grow your business is to harness the capabilities of a sales winner & be confident saying that!

Victoria Hampson has over 25 years of expertise gained from delivering growth and enabling talent within large organisations across multiple business sectors. Victoria has occupied senior sales leadership and enablement roles within global organisations such as GSK, Nike and Pearson, Latterly, spending time in the fast paced EdTech sector.

With extensive experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams across both B2B & B2C businesses.

With a background also in Talent Development, Victoria has created and delivered enablement programs to build organisational and individual capabilities for sustainable sales growth, customer success and team engagement. With extensive market knowledge and insights across EMEA, UK/I and other key International regions.

Victoria holds a Social Science Bachelors, along with leadership and management certifications. She lives in Amstelveen, The Netherlands with her family.

A new feature to the WBII is a “10-minute highlight” of a member at every networking meeting where one member gets to talk about themselves, their work, and upcoming projects in more detail.
