Sinead Hewson
Sinead works with leaders on the human side of change, specifically on how to deliver more with less resources by leveraging new technology. Her background is in consultancy and communications. She works with startups who are in the ideation phase of development and those who are ready to scale up using marketing tactics to engage with stakeholders. She is a startup mentor at World Startup Factory and on the Advisory Board of Women’s Business Initiative International and the European Institute of Women’s Health. Caroline Orthlieb, MBA
Caroline is a business and tax consultant specialized in tax consultancy and business consultancy for expats with their own business and tax consultancy for private individuals and an active member of WBII. She also offers coaching to start-ups on the steps to take to start up a business, how to set up an administration and how to understand and file tax declarations. She speaks English, Dutch and French.

Madeleine van der Steege
Madeleine is an Adjunct Professor at Webster University, Leiden, the Managing editor and co-author of Visionary Leadership in a Turbulent World as well as Exceptional Leadership by Design, both published by Emerald. She is a partner in NedNXT (International Trade Agents for Organic Products) and was winner of the Business Women of the Year Entrepreneurship category in SA in 2004. Madeleine lives with Anton and children in the beautiful flower bulb region.

Nira Satguru

Nira is the founder director of Future of Learning. She is an educator with over 30 years of experience in the UK and in International Education. Her qualifications include BSc (Hon) Physics, Postgraduate in Education from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. Nira’s research has focused on developing the Leadership Competencies of Educators. As an entrepreneur, Nira has crafted her vision through real estate. Nira is working on a “Wholefood” concept & healthy spice mixes; Taste of Sri Lanka to be launched in Amsterdam. She is a  British citizen with Sri Lankan routes working and living in the Netherlands.

Alexandra Arshanskaya

Alexandra is a visual artist, graphic designer, performer, visualizer, and teacher with a back background in exact science. As a visual artist she works in different media including painting, drawing, batik, photography, videography, and live drawing performances. Besides art projects, exhibitions and performances, Alexandra maintains visualizations and visual coaching during conferences, seminars and business meetings.

Since 2014 Alexandra is an adjunct faculty at Webster University. She teaches at Media Communication and Art Departments at Leiden Campus and Main Campus in St. Louis. Also she gives drawing and painting lessons and workshops in different visual techniques at her studio at Onze Ambassade (former American Embassy) in The Hague and beyond, for example at EPO (European Patent Office) Art Club.
