Terms and Conditions of Membership
Membership of the Women’s Business Initiative International (WBII) is conditional upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the website and facilities constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
The annual membership fee will be set by the Executive Board of the WBII.
On receipt of your application for membership, there is a 7 day cooling-off period in which your commitment to membership can be cancelled without incurring any charges.
The annual fee is otherwise non-refundable and no reductions will be made in the event of early termination. Termination of the contract by either party should be in writing with a notification period of six (6) weeks. Termination without notice will incur an administrative fee.
An invoice for the annual fee will be sent to the member at the end of the current twelve (12) month period. Prices are subject to change and will be posted on the website.
Membership of the Initiative does not convey the right to represent the stichting in any way.
Use of the facilities and services (including the website) is as per the guidelines set out below under Use of the Services. Misuse or abuse of the facilities/premises may result in immediate termination of membership.
Use of the facilities does not include registration of a business at the premises of the stitching without the express permission of the Executive Board of the WBII.
Access to Services
Use of the premises and services of the WBII is restricted to members of the Initiative and their registered guests.
Access to the facilities and services may be limited due to lack of availability or other circumstances. The WBII will not make refunds or accept liability for any loss of revenue resulting from lack of access to the premises or services.
The member will be held liable for any damage to the Initiative or third parties caused by misuse of the access.
Use of the Services
The member accepts liability for any material damage to the premises or to any equipment on the premises caused by themselves or by third parties on the premises at their behest. We reserve the right to limit or refuse use of the premises for activities deemed inappropriate or outside the aim of the Initiative.
The member agrees to return the rooms used within the premises to their original state after each period of use. This includes ensuring that the room has been cleared of litter.
The premises of the WBII are non-smoking. Use of mobile phones, personal devices is allowed but should not interfere with other users of the premises.
The member accepts that (except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by the WBII) we do not control or endorse any information, products or services on the website in any way, except where clearly stated.
The member assumes total responsibility and risk for their use of the website and premises.
WBII shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transactions between the member and third parties. It is solely the member’s responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through the Initiative.
WBII is not responsible for any injuries caused by or relating to activities undertaken at the premises or under the auspices of the Initiative. Members are responsible for their own personal and professional insurances.
