Members Fees and Services

Annual membership fee € 240, -

Meeting Room member - max 8 boardroom seating, Mon – Fri
€ 55,- ex VAT half day: morning 9.00 – 12.30, afternoon 13.30 – 17.00
€ 15,- ex VAT per hour (up to 3 people) € 20,- per hour (up to 8 people)
Room rentals include: white board & flip chart stand and marker pens. Flip chart paper and other office stationary available upon request.

Shared Workspace
€ 200,- ex VAT Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm, fixed desk per month
€ 60,- ex VAT one fixed day per week per month
€ 20,- ex VAT per day
Includes: office use, workspace for laptop, wi-fi access, printer

Additional
coffee and tea € 10,- ex VAT per half day (max 8 people)
beamer hire (half day) € 30.-
laptop use (half day) € 30.-

Safety at the WBII

Use of the WBII is restricted to members and their clients/guests. Membership is granted on an individual basis. Members must be present when their clients, guests, and or colleagues are using the facilities. To ensure a safe and secure environment, each member is responsible for the guests they invite into the building. The responsibilities of each member include greeting their guests and making sure they sign in. Members may not leave the building before the departure of their clients/guests. Please secure your valuables.The WBII is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
