Learn, refresh, or get better insight through this discussion on how you can resolve or better cope with conflict situations in your personal and/or professional lives. This session will make you aware of your own patterns and introduce you to how to avoid escalation in strained or volatile situations, to stay away from pushing “red buttons”, and empower you in your thinking and acting.
