This class will make you aware of your own patterns and how to avoid escalation in strained or volatile situations, to stay away from pushing “red buttons”, and empower you in your thinking and acting.
Kitty Duell
Almost by accident Kitty became a mediator in 1999. Coming from a background of financial advice and planning within the medical community, there were a lot of things she had to un-learn. Where she formerly was hired for her experienced opinion she now had to transform her work to being hired for her experience in not giving an opinion, but let the clients discover what their real opinions are – uncluttered by their backgrounds, ingrained beliefs, or political correctness.

Her path to today’s career as a mediator and mediation trainer stems from a hope to put herself out of business by empowering her clients both in their private and professional lives so they won’t be needing her in the future.
